2. Services

We offer professional breathing management sessions, workshops, and bespoke coaching.

• One-on-One Sessions: Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before. Cancellations within this period receive a full credit toward future sessions. No refunds once a session has commenced.
• Group Workshops: Full credit toward a future workshop is available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior. After this deadline, sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another scheduled date.

3. Digital Products

This includes e-books, audio guides, and online courses.

• All digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. As per the nature of digital content, they are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. Physical Goods

This includes any breathing accessories and branded items.

• Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
• Items returned after 14 days are not eligible for refund.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund or transfer, please complete our form at contact form. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Transfers and Rescheduling

Services may be transferred or rescheduled by contacting us at least the minimum notice period. Transfer requests submitted late may incur an administrative fee.

7. Irrevocable Services

Certain services, such as instant-access digital courses, are exempt from refunds due to immediate delivery. We ensure clear information before purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
